I orchestrated the highly successful Job Fair 2024, where we engaged with every major company in the Egyptian pharmaceutical field. Through a meticulously planned and executed approach, we secured participation from renowned companies such as Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Caduceus Lane, Parkville, Nerhadue, Orchidia, Biomed, EIPICO, Jamjoum Pharm, Nile of Hope Hospital, APA Academy, and the Egyptian Healthcare Authority.My responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the event, from initial outreach to post-event follow-up. I ensured that the Job Fair provided valuable opportunities for pharmacy students, including internships and job placements, to kickstart their careers in the industry.This experience has deepened my expertise in relationship management, event planning, and strategic leadership. It has been immensely rewarding to contribute to the growth of the pharmacy profession in Egypt through connecting students with leading companies in the field.

I've always been able to see the larger picture as an internal relationship member. I have always been able to see the wider picture, whether it be in terms of how organisations are structured or how members and interviews might be conducted. Because of this, I am aware of how crucial a company's internal relations department is.
