Production began in 2009 with the production of a group of cheese products, which includes white cheese, cooked cheese, mozzarella, fresh products and juices.During my work at Prego over the past years, I have had the opportunity to conduct and supervise the following operations:- - Conducting chemical, microbiological and physical laboratory tests for products and recording them, whether they are raw materials, a product under processing, or a final product, by following the correct methods of analysis and the laboratory's instructions "according to specifications". - Ensure that tests are conducted in a timely and accurate manner and that all results are properly documented and reported using strict methodologies.- Ensure that any issues are reported in a timely manner to the Laboratory Supervisor / Quality / Production teams (as applicable). - Ensure that the retained samples are stored.- Corrective action procedures. Perform any other tasks related to the department as requested by the department managers. Quality by Good Practice (GLP) inside the laboratory and located in all the laboratory. Documented procedures and instructions regarding HACCP, ISO and Hygiene. Follow strict safety procedures and safety checks. - Follow-up of the washing operations of production lines, race, and personnel, a plan for the HACCP plan - Conducting and following up the communications, follow-up and follow-up of the office and the executive council of the office. - Follow up the process from the beginning of the raw materials until the completion of the production process
