Incident Response Coordinator
Current- Define the scope of Incident Response (IR) and Business Assurance (BA) services to ensure that the requested services align with the requirements for initiating the IR/BA process.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the service to ensure adherence to the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and review all related technical and non-technical documentation.
