• Supervising the overall operations of the petrol pump, ensure all procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with ADNOC’s standards.
• Take care of health and safety of workers.
• Ensuring that the petrol pump is clean, safe and maintained to the highest standards including performing regular inspections and maintenance task.
• Managing and training staff, including scheduling and conducting performance reviews, to ensure that all employees are following protocols and delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records of fuel, oil and other products sold at the petrol pump as well as ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.

• Review Material Request & Request Price Quote from Supplier.
• Create, maintain & process Purchase Orders in ERP system.
• Verify Invoice with the Quotations, Purchase Orders, Contracts and Delivery notes to avoid fraudulent activities.
• Coding and Booking the Supplier invoices for payment.
• Submitting the fund requirements to the management and obtaining the allocation of funds for vendor payments.
