• ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Supervising the overall operations of the petrol pump, ensure all procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with ADNOC’s standards.• Take care of health and safety of workers.• Ensuring that the petrol pump is clean, safe and maintained to the highest standards including performing regular inspections and maintenance task.• Managing and training staff, including scheduling and conducting performance reviews, to ensure that all employees are following protocols and delivering the highest level of customer service.• Maintaining accurate inventory records of fuel, oil and other products sold at the petrol pump as well as ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards, including those related to fuel storage and handling, fire safety, and environmental regulations.• Monitoring and analyzing petrol pump performance metrics, including sales data and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue generation.• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies to ensure that the petrol pump operates smoothly and meets all necessary requirement

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Review Material Request & Request Price Quote from Supplier.• Create, maintain & process Purchase Orders in ERP system.• Verify Invoice with the Quotations, Purchase Orders, Contracts and Delivery notes to avoid fraudulent activities.• Coding and Booking the Supplier invoices for payment.• Submitting the fund requirements to the management and obtaining the allocation of funds for vendor payments.• Assemble Supplier invoices on a priority basis for payment and issue Cheques.• Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.• Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll.•Posting and processing all journal entries to ensure all the business transactions are recorded accurately.• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.• Vat Return Filing.• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices and Customer follow up.• Preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports• sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
