• Managing end to end Credit Card, Debit Card & Prepaid Card & PIN issuance and maintenance (replace, renew, activate, block, spend etc.)• Managing end to end all type of card printing, PIN printing & dispatch in Central Production Unit & Kiosk Machines.• Managing and supplying plastics & consumables for credit & debit card printing kiosk machines across the country.• Contributing in launch of new products with budgeting, preparation of BRD, performing UAT, validating PPV, etc.• Managing, forecasting & ownership of annual OPEX budget for card plastics, Kiosk Replenishment, stationeries, machine AMCs etc.• Ordering and maintenance of inventory for plastics, stationery, PIN, machine consumables and securing under dual custody. • Clearing of high value & critical Cheques, payments, transactions.• Managing issuance, cancellation of Demand Drafts (Manager's Cheque) and managing its suspense account.• Managing issuance of obligation & clearance letters and obligation takeover from/to another bank.• Managing closure of Dormant Accounts and transferring the unclaimed funds to central bank and managing its suspense accounts.• Managing utility bill (telecom, water & electricity, etc.) payments through digital channels, reconciliation and suspense & settlement accounts.• Managing statements printing & distribution with vendor from supplying stationeries to paying invoices.• Managing settlement of Loans & Credit cards for customers moving to other bank.• Supervised Central Cash Vault unit from collection of cash from branches, corporates, exchange houses, central bank to distribution and ATM replenishments.• Supervised debit card, merchant and ATM disputes (NAPS, SibNet, OnUs)Important Projects Handled (with end-to-end knowledge):• Launch of Self-Service Cards Printing machines (kiosk).• Launch of new currency, from adjustment of ATM cassettes to note counting machines to exchange old notes with central bank etc.• Contactless (tap n pay) debit, credit & prepaid cards.
