- Responsible for providing high quality training to Security team.- Responsible for personal grooming and general training to maintain various register to meet compliance & guideline- Firefighting equipment handling, awareness and training

- Responsible for the safety and security of property, guests and employees of the client- Manage the security team operations- Inspect all fire safety equipment and ensuring their scheduled maintenance- Maintaining the account book, salary, vouchers at site

- Responsible to Sales Target of assigned cluster- Daily visits of assigned bank / channel partner branches- Generating new business form existing bank / channel partner’s customer base- Make regular joint calls with bank / channel partner resource to close sale- Coordination for training for bank / channel partner resources

- Responsible for organizing marketing plans so as to attain sales target stipulated by the organization- Supervise essential key sale possibilities of Citibank Credit Cards, HDFC Accounts, IDBI Accounts and Indian-oil Petro Cards- Assisting and encouraging team to enhance personal and team target

- Responsible for the collection from clients- Making new clients for domestic and international business- Responsible to manage branches like Sakinaka, JB Nagar and Bhandup

- Responsible for door-to-door sales of Pantaloons products- Cold Calling - Festival Stall at various places to enhance sales- Assisting seniors in marketing and sales of product
