Talent Acquisition Manager
Current• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to provide TA solutions to business verticals, liaising with business operations and HR Business partners. • Manage all Talent Acquisition strategy and plan in line with overall market needs and be responsible for the quality, effectiveness, and delivery of targeted business numbers • Play a pivotal role in TA capability development, Hiring Manager Development and building a culture of diverse hiring in the organization.• Manage skills like IT, Global Manufacturing Engineering, Material Planning and Logistics, Purchasing, Data Analytics, ECommerce, Product Development, and others• Responsible for continuously scanning the internal and external environments to strategize and stay relevant to business needs and demonstrate TA thought leadership.• Evaluate and deploy effective sourcing strategies (Lateral, Fresher, Internship etc.), and develop an effective plan to build current and future talent pipeline based on business requirement and forecast• Be a strategic talent acquisition partner for business leaders, people leaders and HRBPs and address the business need across Ford of India Operations• Collaborate and develop a robust Offer to Onboard process in conjunction with On-Boarding Specialist and People First (HR Shared Services) team• Monitor, analyze, develop insights and prepare recruitment dashboards for all management report outs of India market. Participate and lead India market in Global /regional TA Reviews• Evaluate, monitor and deployment RPO Services/other sourcing sub-specialties that meet rising business need and provide Customer Experience+. Develop strong vendor relationship and period governance on managing performance of RPO and Other TA partners & vendors - key focus on overall Efficiency, Effectiveness and Experience
