• Involving in recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing and placing qualified talent.• Good in the use of Job boards like Dice, Monster, TechFetch (Corp-Corp) , Career Builder, The Ladders etc.• Good understanding of the tax-terms like C2C, 1099 & W2.• Have worked on filling positions in the IT, healthcare, financial and Banking.• Involve in full scope of business development & recruitment from sourcing to closing the requirements from Manager.• Understand the requirements from the managers and put together a resource plan. • Record recruiting activities and analyze it to improve the recruiting methodology. • Prescreening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc. Taking the preliminary round of HR interview so as to judge the communication skills and suitability of the candidate. • Prepared candidates for client interviews by providing information about the organization and position to ensure quality results.• Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement and if consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants/employers.• Responsible for building a candidate database and recruiter network• Ability to work in-groups as well as independently with minimal supervision• Maintaining the relationship with the recruiters, consultants and vendors.• Helping junior recruiters in sourcing the consultants using job portals (Ceipal , Dice, Monster). • Build and maintain a database of IT professionals and vendors to quickly and efficiently service customer requirements.
