- Responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements of 05 different entities in the Financing BU of Perseus Division.- Carrying out detailed holistic analysis of the monthly reporting package with the General Manager and monitoring Financial results on a month to month basis.- Carefully carrying out variance analysis of the financial results and further conveying the results and comments to the Controller.- Successfully implemented an automated system in the BU to confirm the Account Receivable balances as well as sending off Mass Reminder Notices to the customers.- Ensuring Revenue recognition in correct period, and for correct service type.- Preparing reconciliation schedules of Deferred Revenue.- Performing reconciliations for different balance sheet heads on monthly basis.- Reconciling inter-company differences (if any).- Working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst on any ad hoc task.

• Integral part of PIA’s Local Payments Team. Involved in the complete payment process in the ERP environment.• Responsible for maintaining payables accounts, ensuring timely payments, and correct provisioning of those payments for Financial Reporting purpose.• Processing Payments (both Purchase orders and non-Purchase orders based) in the ERP Accounts Payable module.• Identified weaknesses in internal controls relating to payments process of PIA and proposed improvements to the management on departmental level. Further monitored adherence to the controls proposed and established.• Reconciliation of Department specific General Ledgers of AP and AR.• Filing of Income Tax withheld of PIA’s Vendors on EFBR Portal.• Supervising and monitoring a team of 04 members and reviewing their work.• Carrying out detailed Bank reconciliation of PIA’s Disbursement (AP) and Collection (AR) Accounts in ERP system.• Resolving any issue arising in Reporting matters or Financial matters during the External Review & Audit Process.• Performing different tasks as requested by the deputy general manager.
