• 9+ Years of experience in Design, Development/Implementation of ServiceNow.• Expertise with multiple Service modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), Integrations, Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Service Portal, etc.• Experience in design and implementation of complex scoped applications and integrations.• Experience in platform related activities including Cloning, Upgrade, Archival, MID Servers Installation, Configuration Reviews etc.• Expertise is ServiceNow Technical Governance to avoid customizations.• Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, hardworking, ability to execute projects successfully and working either individually or in a team.• Hands on experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (Requirement Analysis, Design, Build, UAT and Deployment), Agile Methodology.
