Carrying out a social mission, I got the mandate to become a staff of study project at DKM Mahasiswa Syamsul 'Ulum Telkom University, running a study project is the main thing in my experience.

In my current activity, I developed the Telkom University Student Affairs information service website (web: https://studentaffairs.telkomuniversity.ac.id) changing from Google Site to Wordpress according to the domain provided by Telkom University

In my work, I designed the Website User Interface design, then tested several user tests to see their experience using the website because I used the concept of User Centered Design.On the other hand, the client asks for several requests to improve their customer experience and focuses on improving the quality of their customer journey. So I use Jivo for the service excellence website and Xendit as a payment gateway in making customer payments.

In my experience serving in the consulting business field at PT Rifan Financindo Futures, I have experience meeting clients, presenting financial planning with clients, and managing client finances according to client needs.

With quite a proud social experience, I am grateful to be the volunteer coordinator of MyFundAction Indonesia and there I work to lead a social project with my colleagues.

Given the opportunity to become a book salesperson to introduce a product to customers, provide product education to customers, and conduct closing stages or sales to customers.

My experience working at Edura, I became a Content Creator on the Website by writing articles of at least 1000 words and in addition to being a Content Creator, I was also entrusted with managing Search Engine Optimization for every published article content.
