Your Trash My Treasure (YTMT) is an initiative of the Amal Academy students, in collaboration with the Million Smiles Foundation and Quadian Welfare Society. We are collecting new or gently used clothing that can be helpful for another person. These include your oversized or short clothes, pairs of shoes, or anything that is fine to wear.There are people in our society who do not have clothes to wear in the very harsh weather. Our concept is that if you have anything extra that is good to use but you are throwing it away, do not do that. Give it to us and we will deliver your thing to deserving people.

I was responsible for managing all external affairs of the society, I oversaw a wide range of responsibilities, including event management and coordination. Additionally, in the absence of the President, I assume the charge of handling all societal affairs. This entails efficiently addressing various situations and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations. With a professional approach, I consistently strive to execute my duties effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Located within universities, public libraries, and cultural centers, Lincoln Corners are multi-media resource centers, where visitors can connect, practice their English, and learn about America in many different ways.My role as a FOC there is as follows:· Promoted cultural understanding between the United States and Pakistan through participation in the U.S. Embassy's initiative.· Organized and participated in events like speaker series, educational programs, and cultural celebrations.· Supported outreach efforts to connect the U.S. Embassy with Pakistani communities.· Lastly, my role involves assisting visitors, organizing events, promoting resources, engaging in discussions, and providing feedback to foster a vibrant hub of knowledge, culture, and community.
