Sami Haider Mir is a MEP Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Wah, Wah Engineering College, where he was a bronze medalist in his batch and won the senior design project award.At PRECRAFT GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LLC, he is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the MEP work, from planning to execution. He coordinates with civil and architectural teams, verifies and reviews shop drawings and specifications, manages subcontractors and vendors, monitors and inspects installations and testing, and handles RFQs, PTCs, WITRs, DLPs, BOQs, and RFIs. He has successfully completed multiple projects involving HVAC, FLS, ELV, and material estimation systems, delivering high customer satisfaction and meeting project requirements. He is skilled in Project Planning, Site Coordination, and Conflict Management. He is motivated by learning new technologies and applying them to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the MEP systems. He values teamwork, innovation, and customer service.
