I also handle basic troubleshooting for mobile services with a focus on Telstra, addressing issues and providing prompt assistance.In addition, I manage email tickets, troubleshoot faults, and ensure clients' inquiries are promptly addressed. Throughout my tenure at Daraz, I have been entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities within the realm of Information Technology. My journey began with hands-on expertise in optimizing system performance and availability by skillfully installing software, hardware components, RAM, and SSDs, elevating operational efficiency and user experience. As a meticulous auditor, I took on the monumental task of assessing and enhancing the IT infrastructure not only for Daraz's dedicated staff but also for over 20 hubs across Sri Lanka. This role demanded a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the intricate IT ecosystem. At Daraz's headquarters, I spearheaded the IT audit of meeting rooms, ensuring seamless technology integration and functionality for productive corporate gatherings. In the realm of networking, I undertook the mantle of troubleshooting and maintenance, wielding my expertise to resolve issues and uphold network integrity. My collaborative spirit shone as I worked alongside senior network engineers, actively contributing to the management of L2, L3 routers and switches, and firewall configurations, adeptly blocking unwanted sites and applications. My dedication extended to onboarding new talent, as I meticulously prepared laptops and applications for newcomers, setting them up for success from day one. Additionally, I handled printer configurations, ensuring seamless printing solutions for the entire organization. On a broader scale, I managed Alibaba sites' configurations and settings, including DingTalk, AlibabaSites, and AliVPN, vital components of Daraz's connectivity and operations. Furthermore, I applied my keen attention to detail to audit IT inventory, a testament to my commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient IT environment.
