Responsibilities:• Execute root cause analysis of design projects (i.e., tooling and fixture) with 7 basic QC tools (i.e., stratification, histogram, pareto chart, scatter diagram) to solve recurring quality issues for day-to-day activities.• Regulate 2 quality-related documents (i.e., incoming, outgoing) with 4M changes (i.e., manpower, method, materials, machine) and determine the best parameter for mechanical designs to achieve 90 % overall effectiveness (OE).• Follow up administrative reports by preparing and evaluating 6 technical sheets (i.e., technical information, inspection, manufacturing drawing) monthly to ensure 0% error during milling and assembly of watch base plate.• Implement 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardised, sustain) implementations and perform regular spot-checks at workstations to ensure all factory activities complied with the organisation goals and values.• Engaged with Quality & Improvement activities with other related department (Production & Quality departments) and lead the activities for data recording, analyse the root cause of problem (process related defects from the production line) and conduct weekly meeting to share progress with top management for review. • Establish effective discussions with face-to-face (F2F) correspondence between team members in performing fishbone analysis (Ishikawa diagram) to solve quality issues across the production floor.

Responsibilities:• Follow up every job in workshop and liaise each job details (dimension, appearance and specification by customer) according to customer drawing requirement.• Update job status pre-machined, in-progress and final product.• Experienced in handling various measuring equipment such as vernier calliper, external (0-800mm) and internal micrometer, depth gauge, bore gauge, dial gauge & surface roughness machine during performing dimension checking for valve, pump shaft, impeller, propeller blade and hub, heat exchanger, pipe bevelling, flanges, various type of valves (butterfly, steam, gate), water pump and mixer.• Ensure finished goods are meeting customers requirement and minimise reject issues by controlling it during in process checks and report to the leader/PIC if there is any deviation observed.• Inspection for in-coming material and in-coming product/item that need to be repair/rebuild/fabricate.• Maintain accurate and up to date files and filing system (corrective maintenance record, non-conformance report, corrective action report, preventive maintenance checklist & calibration equipment certification).

Responsibilities: • Perform an electrical testing towards new HVC (High Voltage Contactors) / GFC (Gas Filled Contactor) that have been modify or failed product; contact resistance, drop off voltage, activate switching unit using main power contact tester machine and Gustav Klein. Update technical drawing, Bill of Material, redesign any parts and assembly of product (GFC) using SolidWorks. • Prepare product drawing according design briefs given by Manager/clients and develop ideas from basic product concepts to actualised product/ prototype using 3D Printer (Raise3D) with IdeaMaker software.• Completing a full measurement checking of GFC part using various tool (filler and dial gauge, spring tester) and measurement machine (Keyence IM-6225).• Work closely with QAQC and Production department to avoid problems that may affect the product such as checking new incoming parts trial full measurement based on our request specification on technical drawing with QAQC department before release to Production department to produce mass production. Achievements:• Managed to reduce the reading of contact resistance of GFC after performing activation process towards the switching unit. Thus, make the product more stable. • I created a prototype of sensor holder using SolidWorks and 3D printing to be used in sensor sensitivity test to obtain more accurate reading. A total of 5 units have been sent to our sensor dealers in China as they interested on the prototype that I made and also to conduct the same test.

Responsibilities: • Calibrate and do a test-run for extrusion machine, coiling machine and bunching machine.• To ensure all machine used by the production running smoothly by checking the condition of the machine according to the schedule.
