Carfirst (Augumentech Business Solution PVT Ltd.) is a multinational organization that is known as Pakistan’s first Automotive Company which deals in used car buying and selling. I join the company as Assistant Manager Warehouse and was promoted to Manager Warehouse Operations and also served as acting Regional Manager Warehouse Operations. My responsibilities were to Inventory Management, daily weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis, and coordinating with multiple departments to achieve daily weekly, and monthly tasks and targets such as Purchase, Sales, Commercial, Quality Control, Finance, admin, and also with HR. Warehouse maintenance, warehouse administration, petty cash and utilities, Vehicle maintenance, Warehouse security, Transportation and Logistics, Procurements, Vendor management, and payment proceedings.

Engro Polymer & Chemicals is one of the largest multinational companies in Pakistan, I have worked as Warehouse Supervisor and logistic & supply chain coordinator under the contract of Brass Logistics Services. During this work, tenure has done inventory management, logistics and supply chain supervision, warehouse maintenance, patty cash & utilities, vendor management, and also interaction with the labor and assign them the daily task, align the daily schedule deliveries to the buyer. At the day end count the inventory and match it with the system.
