Responsibilities in HR Operations• Maintain management guidelines by preparing and updating human resource policies and procedures.• Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed.• Manpower budget management, Cost minimize, Employee recruitment, Orientation, Probation period evaluation.• Ensure timely management of payroll, compensation and related benefits and services.• Performance/skill evaluation based on KPI, prepare JD along with KPI.• Development Training arrangement maintaining Training Calendar, Skill improvement, General behavior & Evaluate training effectiveness.• Conflict management, Succession planning, Employee satisfaction survey, other development work.• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other disciplinary issues.• Conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.• Responsible for day to day operation and overall management of the Human Resources Department.Responsibilities in Compliance Operations: • Maintaining the high standard and integrity of performing compliance audit to suppliers to meet with the Company’s Terms of Engagement, Social, technical, Environmental & security compliance.• Prepare buyer's/audit's (Bestseller, H&M, Next, KiK, Primark) corrective action plan. Communicate with buyer & foreign delegate.• Communicate, coordinate and face various audit body (HIGG, SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.) by providing supportive documents.• Positively respond to buyer as per their query.• Attend meeting with buyers to develop Compliance & Business issues.• Conducting internal audit in regular basis based on internal checklist and follow- up/report to the management.• Prepare/updating policy/procedure/SOP for compliance.• Provide guidelines to the suppliers to analyze the root causes of the concerns and develop corrective action plan.• Maintain and renewal all necessary license/certificates.

Responsibilities:• Prepare Manpower Planning & Budget as per objective of management and JD for new employees.• Conduct research & developmental activities to maintain standard job environment, minimize overhead cost and create strong performance oriented culture.• Deals with multi-disciplinary matters like show cause, charge sheet, domestic enquiry etc.• Tactfully resolving disputes between different parties.• Develop healthy relationship and negotiate with committee members on raised claims & take corrective/disciplinary actions as requires.• Follow up the Recruitment & Selection program.• Training & development activities for factory staff through conducting TNA and continuous evaluation of the program.• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.• Evaluating employee's performance from Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR).• Assist in developing & implementing HR policies and procedures.• Drive factory based group CSR activities as per management discretion.

Responsibilities: • Maintain proper management of daily Attendance, Leave, Overtime, Payroll, Security & Transport activities and all compulsory registers.• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.• Coordinate and oversee Employee health-safety, environment, welfare, grievance and orientation/training programs as per GB regulations and Buyers CoC.• To ensure full and effective implementation and maintenance BSCI, SEDEX & WRAP requirements.

Responsibilities: • Maintain daily Attendance, Leave, Overtime and Payroll Activities.• Prepare monthly salary sheet, Buyer salary sheet and Pay slip, Calculate yearly increment, Annual leave, and Festival bonus by using Apparel 2009 salary software.• Hardware and software maintenance and trouble shooting.• Provide Network Support.• Maintain Local LAN/ WAN/ Wireless.• Look After the overall Technical related matter• Monitor Core network & troubleshoot network problem, Desktop PC, Network Printer etc.
