I have joined MetLife Bangladesh on December 01, 2004. I am Currently supervising a team name "Billing & Remittance" under Employee Benefits Department. Billing & Remittance Team are responsible for providing back-office services for a portfolio of group insurance clients. These services include renewal of policy, billing & calculations, business communications, system activity, claims system issue, record maintenance, Coordinate with respective front office executive as a tag team player and also with cross functional stakeholders for problem solving of service issues.In the mid of 2005, I was assigned as Relationship / Account Executive to serve the existing Corporate Customers like Unilever, British American Tobacco, Li & Fung, Siemens etc. My key responsibilities during Account Executive were Visit & meet clients to establish a value adding and trustworthy relationship with customers, Successfully renew the existing contracts through corporate relationships within due time, Coordinate with concerned distribution channels related to assigned customers, Maintain excellent relationship with all 3 tiers (Decision Maker, Influencer & User) of customers, Ensure timely delivery as committed & provide best services to client in order to retain & grow the business, Ensure all policy related operational activities are in line as per company guideline. In the mid of 2014, I have joined EB Financial Reporting team where my key Functions were to work on: Produce Monthly ANP Report from Monthly Collection Reports, Activity Report, Prospect Data, Activity Report. Besides I have also worked in the administration system for Policy Master Maintenance and support to the Account Executives for Creating the Policy in the System, time to time changes the benefits & rates, providing Claims Data to Account Executives and Underwriters for Renewal Pricing etc.2017 - 2020 : I have worked under EB System and Operations Team where my responsibilities were to support system administrator for policy admin systems, generating some core financial reporting such as ANP, Activity, Metrics, Business Progress reports. Also provide ad hoc data support to management and team.Before Joining MetLife I have worked in Unicef & Save the Children in different projects.
