As part of Digitalisierungslabor I have completed the following tasks: - Improved existing script to calculate operation time for sub-processes in Engine Stator Hairpin productionsystem. Detected and solved random anomalies in runtime detection and achieved sub-process operation time as precise as +/- 1 sample cycle (1ms).- Developed new script to record, visualize and evaluate process operation chains which was used to detect the anomalies in runtime detection.- Developed new scripts to automate the data conversion from TwinCAT .tas to .csv file to used in predictive maintenance models. Improved TwinCAT’s native conversion tool to extract data for 4 stations in parallel.- Comprehensive research on Digital Twin, Virtual commissioning and Predictive Maintenance.

Developed new API endpoints for new web service. Optimized existing API endpoints. Developed new UI for existing web applications. Reduced website loading time.

Backend development for new web application ( a medical student application management app). Develop API endpoints (CRUD) for application management and payment management. UI design and development for application management dash-board

As a part of ICE maintenace team I took part on various electrical and controlsystem maintenace for a 360MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. I was also associated with callibration team on the major overhaul of the plat. Our team callibrated all the plants valve (Control, Solenoid, Isolation etc.) and improved valve position accuracy.
