LTE RF Planning and Optimization

• Weekly LTE worst cell troubleshooting on cells with poor performance in RRC Connection Setup Success Rate, E-RAB Setup Success Rate, Random Access Success Rate (CBRA+CFRA), CSFB , HO success rate(S1, X2 and Inter-RAT), Bad CQI and DL/UL Throughput.• Special Responsibility to improve VoLTE voice quality and Random Access Success Rate (CBRA+CFRA) in Bangkok south region.• Weekly Basic Parameter and Neighbours consistency check.• Monitoring Hourly and daily KPI for LTE Split Sector KPI( RRC Connection setup success Rate, E-RAB Setup success Rate, RA Success Rate, CSFB, Handover success Rate(S1, X2 and Inter-RAT), CQI and DL/UL throughrput per user and also per cell).• Troubleshooting on PCI collision cases via drive test analysis & statistical performance. • Cluster DT log analysis and provide solutions to improve problem area( poor RSRP, RSRQ and SINR).• Perform Drive test log analysis on abnormal events and for Cross Sector analysis.• Suport Drive test team to troubleshooting for low DL Throughput during CVT. • Uu and S1 interface trace to ensure Voice (CSFB) and Data service functionality, troubleshooting and optimization.

• Lead overall RF Planning and Optimization Team.• Supervise coordination between RF Planning team and relevant regional Commercial departments & effectively drive the cluster based Operating Model.• Pre planning analysis based on the market feedback and RF planning tools and site selection for 3G and LTE coverage.• Uu and S1 interface trace to ensure Voice (CSFB) and Data service functionality, troubleshooting and optimization. • Coordinates formal meetings with the Customer Services Department such as Call Center, commercial, corporate sales, marketing & sales, to understand and facilitate their needs.• Coordinating with Huawei teams to perform Pre-launch and post-launch optimization for performance improvement.• Optimize post re-farm 3G and LTE clusters so that LTE target KPI’s are met at the same time ensuring no degradation on the existing 3G cluster• Activation of new L1800/U900/U2100 Sites - initial neighbour planning through Atol, script preparing and loading, parameter audit against a baseline, Performance Monitoring of the newly activated 3G/LTE site along with its surrounding cluster and identify and rectify any degradation after new integration site. • Parameter tune/troubleshoot a site to reach a satisfactory KPI level to put it in Service state.• 3G Intra/inter frequency neighbour tuning through NASTAR analysis and LTE intra/inter/Inter-RAT neighbour tuning through MapInfo according to Multi layer Strategy.• PCI/Root sequence planning through Atol and prepare Detailed design of new LTE sites• Handle VVIP customer complains.

Teletalk 2G/3G Swap and Expansion Project (NSN to Huawei):• Lead 6 RNOs, 2 Post Processing Engineers and 10 DT engineers.• Nominal Cell Planning and Neighbor Planning for 210(2G) sites.• I have completed Frequency and Neighbor Planning for 2021 (250+ new GSM and DCS sites) and Nominal Planning for 2012 (210 sites). I have also performed LAC and BSC re-planning to keep better network performance• Radio network optimization for 2G sites through field measurements/drive tests.• Swap Cluster optimization, redesign to reduce pilot pollution, event analysis, KPI’s monitoring of new & swap sites (CS & PS) to find out worst cells, call offs, KPIs optimizations (congestion and drops, IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, analysis of customer complains, neighbors audits, identifying coverage holes, overshooting sites etc, monitor DT Engineers & riggers activities.• Network tuning – Implement parameter adjustments / optimization to improve KPI.• Data service (PS) [GPRS and EDGE] optimization.• Propose Frequency Re-Planning (BCCH, Hopping: MAIO, HSN) for Network quality.• Coverage Planning (based on scanned DT logs & drive test logs).• Prepare Cluster KPI acceptance reports and SSV reports. Smart Modernization Project (NSN to Huawei Swap):• Lead RNOs, Post Processing Engineers and DT engineers.*Monitoring Cell, Cluster and BSC Levels.• Optimizing all KPI’s at Cell, Cluster and BSC Level (such as CDR, CSSR, TCH Congestion, SDR, HOSR and SD Block.)• Troubleshooting all KPI’s at Cell, Cluster and BSC Level.• Optimize and report the worst cell list (Daily) on weekly basis for each cluster.• Capacity assessments including TCH and SDCCH dimensioning based on congestion, traffic and anticipation. • Prepare new sites Frequency, HSN, MAIO and neighbor plan and follow up the integration of the site till all KPI’s are within the thresholds• Propose Frequency Re-Planning (BCCH, Hopping: MAIO, HSN) for Network quality.• Neighbor auditing, neighbor planning and action recommendation.• Supervise the all DT activities (Redesign, Complains and Routine DT’s).
