Preparation of Section’s business plan and review of audit reports. Prepared/updated policies, procedures, practices and Personnel Administration related forms, checklists etc. and ensured implementation of the same. Provided administrative guidance to other Department Supervisors and Administration Coordinators on staff related issues and interpretations of the policies. Coordination, supervision and auditing of Quality Management System (ISO-9001) of the Section/HR Dept. Coordination with Training & Development to solve problems and clarify issues related to placement of trainees, interns and scholars. To conduct training/induction/orientation programs for HR focal points and HRA staff to teach them how to use ERP system, amendments of company policies and procedures or to introduce new work methods. Monitored time bound business process as per the published KPIs.
