Rodiax Innovations LLP is a firm that specializes in product design and engineering solutions. We began our adventure with an industry-funded project from the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) Refinery in Kochi during our last year of university.

I work in the Advanced Planning and Logistics Team as a Developer in Python, SQL and Database technologies.

I work in Keltron Controls - Aroor's Pneumatic Group's Project Execution department. Keltron Controls is a division of KSEDC, a Kerala state government owned company (PSU). I began my Keltron training as a supervisor trainee in the assembly shop, and then went to the project execution department. Where I was responsible for coordinating with customers for project requirements and optimum delivery, as well as overseeing and coordinating amongst various departments to ensure that projects were completed on time. When I joined the Execution team, all of our projects were in serious jeopardy owing to the Covid shutdown and the ensuing industry downturn. However, I took part in the challenge of bringing the entire company back to life.The best part of my training at the Execution Department is that I was able to learn about all of the functions of a large corporation. It was especially our obligation, and I was a part of it, to hold weekly production review meetings. Where we will discuss the status of each project, the company's future possibilities, and the company's fundamental difficulties. The nicest thing about Keltron Control is that they create an ideal environment in which a trainee can learn all of the necessary skills in core industry, and as a manufacturer of actuators and other equipment, my time there will undoubtedly benefit me in my future pursuits.
