Supervise detail analysis, design, development and deployment of in-house ERP product for Composite Knit Industry;3. Collaborating with various departments/stakeholders to determine software requirements with re-engineering of existing process.4. Key Product: Integrated Budget & Accounting System (iBAS++) Responsibilities:1. Collaborate intimately with the Government's functional team to refine the new classification system, ensuring alignment with a versatile multi-segment model.2. Develop a comprehensive Software Design Document (SDD) based on the Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) formulated by the business process team.3. Take on a pivotal role in the conception and documentation of the database design, derived from the SRS, to guide the development team.4. Engineer an innovative Flexible UI Configuration Tool that enables the creation of a dynamic user interface for iBAS++, enhancing its robustness and adaptability.5. Offer essential support in the development, deployment, and training phases of the Government SAE Accounting System, encompassing UI, database tables, ER diagrams, stored procedures, and business rules.6. Monitor emerging issues and construct unit tests for each function, adhering to the established testing protocol for iBAS++.7. Assist the implementation team in the field-level deployment of the module, ensuring smooth adoption by users and departments.

Oversee operations and facilitate user training across the network of 70 Palli Biddyut Samities nationwide

Key Product: Financial Management SystemsResponsibilities:1. Collaborate with a team in implementation and training for the Financial Management Systems (Windows NT – MS SQL Server – Visual FoxPro based) under the new accounts code classification system.2. Prepare customized report based on Budget data upon demand.3. Prepare system and user/ training documentation for the various RIBEC systems (FMU, budget and CGA-CAO) in English and Bangla.
