- Execution of the transportation process( Stock Transfers to all over the Kingdom)- Preparing and handling daily and weekly reports- Invoicing and maintaining Statement of Accounts- Client meetings

-Interfacing with Product Line Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.-Reviewing planned orders, creating requisites for purchased items, and managing approval process.-Transmitting and Prioritizing approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.-Tracking order acknowledgement, preparing and communicating shortage and backlog reports, and providing visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.-Tracking orders and confirm system lead times, delivery rates and costs.-Reviewing, updating and maintaining purchase orders until they are closed.-Ensuring orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts.-Leading finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.-Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to achieve efficiencies.-Contributing to consolidation, reduction and rationalization of the local supplier base.
