Abdurrahman is part of Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation as PMO and Performance Officer in their Strategy department.Abdurrahman has been instrumental in setting up and running portfolio and project management offices, developing specialized operating models for various government agencies. This includes building the governance layer, organizational design and structure, procedure cards, RACI matrices, and portfolio management dashboards following updates on risks and overall progress. Collaborating extensively with global defense specialists in space, defense and communications, Abdurrahman has conducted multiple analyses of current state assessment, bench-marking, root-cause analysis, and risk assessments. Simultaneously, Abdurrahman has managed stakeholders and working groups while implementing continuous improvement practices.Abdurrahman holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Engineering Fundamentals and Mathematics Foundations, with a Minor in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
