Coordinate multifaceted technical interfaces involving subsea and topside systems for all packages e.g. Responsible for detailed design, fit-up and testing of Company Supplied items [CPI] (e.g. subsea umbilical, adapter flanges etc.), Contractor Supplied items [CSI’s] (UTA, CHA, SSA etc.), interface management with other packages (e.g. SPS, FPSO, ICSS, FF, UFR)• Coordinated adherence of design and engineering to design basis and premise for the umbilical package in line with the contract scope of work and interface requirements with other suppliers.• Reviewed and coordinated with TPA (third party authorities) to review lifting drawings, pre-load out tests, sea fastening, vessel layout, load out and Trans loading procedures in accordance to project and industry requirements.• Oversee implementation of interface management platform (eRoom) to facilitate real time collaboration between Umbilical package, other EPC Contractors and Company on interface management activities; monitoring of scope; schedule; and quality metrics for interfaces; manage exchange of information and deliverables between interfacing parties; and improve control over interface details to ensure schedule delays or rework due to poorly controlled interfaces are eliminated.• Supported identification and implementation of best practices, lesson learned to support execution of the ongoing work and future projects.• Review and endorse contractors' interface management plans, procedures and deliverables.• Coordinate with the interface engineers and package mangers to ensure alignment of all project stakeholders (contractors, company, partners and authority) on interfaces requirements, qualifications and testing.• Responded to and coordinated NCR (Non-Conformity Request), TQR /DER (Technical Query & Deviation Request), ensuring on-time responses.• Constantly improved quality and safety expectations through the entire lifecycle.
