This requires a broader skillset than traditional project controls, with an emphasis on long-term operational considerations.**Project Lifecycle Integration:-Participate in all project phases (design, construction, operation) to ensure effective controls are implemented throughout.-Collaborate with design and engineering teams and BIM units to integrate constructability and operability considerations into project controls processes.**Planning and Scheduling:-Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive project master schedule (including design, construction, and operation phases) using critical path method (CPM) software.-Consider life-cycle costs and maintenance requirements when developing project schedules.**Cost Control:-Manage the project budget, including capital expenditure (capex) for design and construction, as well as operational expenditure (opex) for the operational phase.-Track and analyze project costs throughout the lifecycle, identifying cost variances and potential overruns in both capex and opex.-Support value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities considering both construction and operational costs.**Earned Value Management (EVM):-Implement and maintain EVM systems to track project performance against the budget and schedule across all phases (design, construction, operation).-Analyze EVM metrics (Schedule Performance Index - SPI, Cost Performance Index - CPI) for design, construction, and operation to identify trends and potential issues.**Change Management:**Risk Management**Contract Management**Performance Monitoring & Reporting
