Duties & Responsibilities: • Follow and implement standard quality procedures.• Performing inspections of materials arriving at site.• Performing inspections of the installation Structural and Finishing.• Liaise with Consultants/Engineers in matters pertaining to Inspections, and Quality check for materials and Installations• Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.• Conducting required tests during concreting works, Asphalt works, earth works etc.• Issue non-conformance reports when the specification/procedural requirements are not met.• Conducting off-site inspections of materials and fabrications in accordance with the specified requirements of the client.• Documenting all inspections and tests on pro-formats as required by the Project Quality Plan and Contract specification.• Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection and advising of any deviation from the specification.• Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing-over of completed works.• Conducting trial mix prior to approval of Concrete suppliers.Project: Design & Build for FIFA readiness project 6 (FRP-06) for surface & ground water network at Al Madinath Khalifa & Immigration underpass-C851/6Client: Ashghal | Consultant: Stantec | Main Contractor: Petroserv limited

Accomplishments:Surface and groundwater drainage Network. Doha-QatarSurface and groundwater drainage network to avoid rainwater overflow. Delivered approx. 5 KM of Deep excavation, trenches, Precast Manhole Installation, Cast in Situ manhole, HDPE Pipe laying, Grouting, waterproofing, gabbro & Soil Backfilling work.Pedestrian bridge at Old Airport Intersection.Pedestrian bridge, which is 66m long and 4m wide is equipped with elevators on both sides which can accommodate a large number of users including those with special needs. The bridge is equipped with lighting, closed-circuit television system and a pedestrian counter.Al Thumama Stadium Pedestrian Bridge & Ramp.The Pedestrian Bridge is 120m long and 8 m wide and RCC ramp at both the sides which can accommodate a large number of users at Stadium during FIFA 2022 Qatar.Ministry of Municipality & Environment, Carpentry Workshop & Office Building.Old Workshop & Office Building is Demolished & New G+1 floor Building is Constructed TSE Chambers Construction.# 175 TSE Chambers Constructed (Cast in Situ) across the New Orbital Highway Project-C4.Construction & Installation of RCC Precast Arch Segment Apr. 800 m Length.The Arch segments are constructed and installed at various intersection for the Qatar Petroleum gas pipeline Protection across the New Orbital Highway Project-C4.Electrical Sub Stations & Utilities Construction.The Electrical Main substation, Substation Buildings is constructed for Seawater Desalination Plant, The desalination plant, implementing multi-stage flash distillation (MSF), is operated by Qatar Electricity & Water Company (QEWC).

Accomplishments:Karnataka Housing Board, KHB.LIG, MIG, & HIG # 60 Houses Construction, drainage, Road, Water Tank, Gardening, sewer system and Land development, at Gulbarga, India.G+7 Floors Residential Apartments,3 Blocks of G+7 floors residential apartments, Club house, Swimming pool & Garden is constructed at Gulbarga, India.

Duties & Responsibilities.Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, land surveyors including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor.Monitors atmospheric conditions during concrete pouring operations
