Responsibilities:Design & Build Works• Preparing preliminary budget based on Employer’s requirements and/or Concept Designs. • Preparing Cost Plan thereby assisting the Architects to design within allocated budget for individual design elements. • Floating RFQ for Measured Items and Evaluation of quotes, negotiation with the suppliers until Complying Specifications.• Assisting Draughtsman to prepare shop drawings followed by Quantity Take Off, Preparing BOQ based on Standard Method of Measurement and Pricing of BOQ based of first Principles.• Collating all the Tender documents for timely submission to the Employer. • Actively involve and co-ordinate with the Procurement team to raise the LPO.• Preparing Interim Payment Application along with substantiate documents for Employer’s Approval.• Timely notification of Variation and preparing the variation proposal for Employer’s Approval.• Maintaining the monthly Cost Report to actively monitor the Budget vs. Actual Cost of the project.• Preparation and Submission of Final Account.Landscape & Swimming Pool Works designed by Employer• Analyzing Tender documents followed by floating RFQ’s, raising RFI’s, Organizing mid-tender meeting for clarifying scope and status of the project.• Finalizing the quantities in BOQ and Estimating the cost for Respective Items.• Preparing tender submission schedule such as responsibility matrix, scope highlighted markup drawings, warranty schedule, technical and commercial submission. • Identify and prepare variation if any. Accordingly request the Engineer to issue Variation Order (VO).• Draft Subcontract Agreements and Issue the LOI based on the project awarding.• Monitoring Material Consumption and Preparing Reconciliation Statements.• Preparation of Claims for Extension of Time and prepare the prolongation cost occurred. • Scheduling a Project Close-out Requirements.

Responsibilities:• Identifying various elements associated with the project and floating enquiries to suppliers & sub- contractors.• Study the scope of work, Technical specifications & condition of contract. Check all commercial clauses of contract viz. terms of payment, advance payment, penalties, lump sum contract or re‐ measurable, etc.• Request for supplier’s quotations and ensuring the received one is same as per the intended specifications.• Creating RFI’s regarding clarifications in the tender documents and drawings.• Organize tender clarification meetings with Employer & Consultants.• Scrutinizing and Taking off quantities from Tender drawings for lump sum contract. • Evaluation of Sub Contractor’s Quotations. (Comparison statements).• Preparation of Pre‐qualification, Method Statement etc. for technical submission.• Estimating the Principal Items in BOQ for Tender Submission.• Prepare and submit Value Engineering proposal upon Employer’s requirement.• Finalizing the Tender along with Warranty Schedule, Attic Stock Schedule, Scope of Works and Markup Drawings.
