I have been in Apron Drone Team for 1 year to participate to Teknofest Istanbul UAV Contest. Apron Drone Team produced the Quadcopter Drone named Apron AT-41. This drone has a specific properties like autonomous driving and carrying some materials. Drone's control mechanism is two sided as manuel driving with remote or autonomous driving with sensors. Sensors were connected to Pixhawk ardupilot system. The project have made by just ten university student. This is just volunteer work for us to learn the systems and to contribute ourself and i have been in the Team Lead Manager position to achieve our purpose.Apron AT-41 Abstract Properties:-Apron AT-41, which will compete in the rotating wing UAV class in the Teknofest competition organized by TUBITAK, is designed to be a quadcopter with X body structure. This designed UAV is capable of performing manual flight thanks to the pilot capable of controlling from the ground, and with the autonomous driving feature, the pilot can perform the tasks assigned to him without the need of a pilot. Rotary vane UAV is capable of recognizing different weights with the help of sensors inside and taking these bottles from the specified coordinates and carrying them autonomously to the target area according to their weight. The system, which is used during load transportation, is designed mechanically and it is aimed to use a more efficient battery.
