Major Responsibilities undertaken· Developing, Monitoring Accounting policy, Accounts Manual, Branch reporting System, other Internal Check mechanism and coordinating with CEO of company for development of effecting internal control on payments, Receipts reinsurance expenses and overlooking financial management of company and enhancing reporting system of company to all stakeholders including Shareholder, Ministries, Insurance and Securities Regulators and Auditor General.· Finalizing Internal Audits, Statutory audit and special audit reports and discussing with Audit committee along with HOD’s as Secretary to the committee and suggesting appropriate internal control system to enhancing financial governance in the entity.· Working on core team for implementation of Integrated Insurance software which integrates all major financial and other related transaction of company and moving to paper less environment. Currently we have integrated all business portfolios, Investments and purchases etc.· Assessing Internal Control and financial reporting system of General Insurance companies adhered with reporting system of Government of Nepal.

Independent Assessment of Net worth of each bank and preliminary consolidation of their financial statements.· Team leader of liquidation of United Bikas Bank limited. Jeetpur, Bara· Carrying out Statutory Audits of Commercial Bank including Branches and Internal Audits of National level Development Banks of Nepal.· Team leader of successfully implementing SOP of after sales service section in Chaudhary Electronics group of CG.· Handling Enterprise wise ERP system including financial budgeting, stock Raw material and logistics handling.· Major Types of Clients Handled in Audits
