*To check & verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, conveyance bill, TA/DA, entertainment bill, daily labor bill & voucher etc;*Check & Verify daily receipt & payment statement*Both import & export bill check & report to management;*Review and check the LC related documents, C&F and other commercial matters;*Check & Verify all kind of bill (payment & receive) for ensuring the accuracy of accounting;*Check & Verify daily cash book, bank book with the bank statement;*Check & verify loan & advance payment;*To maintain Yarn, Fabric, Trims & Embellishment work order with pre-costing budget;*Physical verification & counting of petty cash & confirmed with the petty cash book;*Salary & OT sheet, maternity benefit and final settlement sheet check;*To maintain stock ledger in accounting software on daily basis;*Conduct physical inventory stock reports from all store departments & report to management.*Physical market verification of purchase bill as and when required;*To plan, organize & conduct internal audit as guided by the management;*To ensure proper documentation system & preserve appropriate audit evidence for future reference;

* Local purchase bill, C & F bill, Insurance bill, Service bill like tours & travels bill, construction bill, transport bill pre audit & post audit;* Cash voucher checking;* Holiday allowance payment sheet, Salary & wages sheet, Maternity bill checking;* Factory visit of cutting, sewing & finishing section;* Daily line wise production efficiency checking with IE target;* Rejection investigation before wash & after wash, Rejection check before delivered to stock lot, Monthly hot shipment, Air shipment & short shipment investigation;* Physical verification of fixed assets & store item;* Prepared details report of audit findings;* Report on the weakness & non compliance of the procurement system;* Attendence report & gate pass checking;* Any others work done by the management order

* Responsible for receiving and checking financial documents from suppliers, customers and employees on a regular basis and pass for approval;* Checking and prepared purchase bill (Local & Foreign);* Checking “C & F” bill (Import & Export) & posting the software;* Checking & posting service bill into ERP Like- transport, insurance, repair & maintenance, courier, freight charge, labour, inspection, iron etc;* Landed cost prepared of imported material;* Prepare voucher and checking bill/ supporting vouchers;* Checking BTB LC opening voucher, BTB acceptance voucher, BTB payment voucher & posting into software;* Monthly financial budget variance analysis;* Prepared provision voucher and adjusted;* Import L/C retirement;* Salary disbursement & petty cash maintain;* Daily party ledger checking;* Monthly reconciliation with party;* Banking transaction like- Pay order, cash withdraw, cash deposit; * Any other works done as per management order.
