• Provide support to end users relating to hardware and software, computer applications, network components and peripherals• Carry out on-site analysis, identification, and resolution of difficult desktop problems for end users• Supervise compliant ticketing system and follow timely resolution of all work orders• Install, organize, test, maintain, check, and troubleshoot end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software• Recommend and apply solutions, including on-site repair for remote users• Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment, include SAN storage, firmware, drives, power supplies, and sensors. • Apply upgrades and patches to servers and software • Utilize deployment software for mass software, application, and configuration rollouts• Perform desktop/server imaging with Symantec Ghost software and Dell KACE• Design login scripts with user’s requirements• Work within Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012 Set up e-mail accounts on MS Exchange and MS Office365• Work closely with corporate IT hardware purchasing and asset management, along with software and license tracking and support• Perform data backup with Symantec Backup Exec• Restore and locate deleted and corrupted files within various storage mediums and maintain daily backup operations• Manage operations and administration of networking hardware and software. • Administer network performance, security, DHCP, DNS, AD, storage, SAN infrastructure, wireless access points, UPS, upgrades, and patches • Setup, support, and manage mobile devices (iOS and Android) using IBM MaaS360 MDM • Troubleshoot client issues with devices and infrastructure, along with technical assessment surveys • Canon and HP printer management and troubleshooting
