Mr. Abdus Sabur has more than twelve years of excellent professional experience in all phases of development projects, including design, development, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and partnership management. In that context, YPSA starts education in emergency since the beginning of influx with the support of government and international donor agencies. YPSA teaching approaches are learner center and home based education based. Currently, YPSA running about 150 learning centers in the camp. These learning center reached about 15000 students in regularly. Besides the learning centers a home based basic education facilities are developed for the girls who are reluctant to come in learning centers. YPSA follows and adopting innovative approaches while teaching at learning centers, a group of trained educators were developed for the teaching, developing accessible learning materials with low cost.Programme Approaches: Education in Emergency Programme Concentrates on Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition of Children. The Programme teach them the Burmese Languages, English, Math, Life Skill and Science subject. Project has leveled the children in different level according to their competencies. There are three levels in our learning centers such as level-I, II and III. Students of all level get 2 hours in the learning center.Address COVID-19: At pandemic education activities inside the camps were stopped. Considering Education as the right for every child even in emergencies, YPSA come up with different ideas to continue education with consultation education sector, national actors and international agencies.
