I have successfully developed the manufacturing unit of our company located in Mumbai. I believe there is no substitute of hard work, you will find people saying smart work is better than hard work but you have to work hard to be smart. In both the cases there is no substitute to hard work. My crtical thinking has helped me make many tough decisions early in my life and also in business. Management is something I am good at. Optimum utilization of our resources is what I aim at. Open to any advice or suggestion. There is no age or limit to learning thereby still learning and developing.
