With over a decade of extensive experience in healthcare and pharmacy services, My career journey has spanned diverse responsibilities, including serving as a Supervisor (Manager) of Corporate Pharmacy Services at Prime Healthcare - UAE, Director & Clinical Pharmacist at Malik Medical Center, Hospital Pharmacist at the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology, and Principal at Reflex College of Pharmacy. My expertise brings a robust blend of optimizing pharmacy operations, operational leadership, innovative project management, implementing effective training programs, and delivering exceptional patient care. Many of these roles were held simultaneously, reflecting my passion, dedication to going extra mile, and willingness to take on additional responsibilitiesThroughout my career, I have successfully managed initiatives such as designing and updating the formulary for Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and leading the implementation of the Medicine Delivery to Home Project at Prime Healthcare, UAE. My leadership journey includes managing 14 branch pharmacies, directing healthcare services, and spearheading staff training programs at renowned institutions like Prime Healthcare and AFIC/NIHD in Pakistan.In addition to clinical roles, I have served as the Principal of a College of Pharmacy and played a critical role in establishing Malik Medical Centre in Pakistan, showcasing my commitment to healthcare education and community welfare.
