Performing sales and marketing of electricity, accounting for energy delivered and driving collection of energy build to the customerManage customer relationship on issues ranging from meter reading, account reconciliation, maintenance, validation of account, phone number and data base updateManage all prepaid meter (PPM) accounts, new and old within assigned territory (PPM), most especially new installations from point of installation.Coordinate with other departments in managing ALL assigned customers’ complaintsCarrying out other duties/functions as assigned by the supervisors

Perform routine and non-routine chemical analysis of products using standard operating proceduresWrite and execute chemical testing proceduresRecord, analyse and report test results to supervisorMaintain inventory of chemicals and supplies in laboratoryOperate laboratory equipment safely and effectively to conduct testMaintain up-to-date documents for chemical testing methods and activitiesCarrying out of any other official duties assigned by the Superior Officers
