Electrical Technician
CurrentCarry over electrical supervisor duties and responsibilities once his on annual leave such as creation of preventive and corrective maintenance plan schedule, preparation of electrical materials for purchasing, manage and plan maintenance shutdown activities for scheduled PPM of electrical equipments.Assist pre-commissioning team in insulation, polarity test and functional test of electrical equipments prior for handover.Diagnose and analyze malfunctioning of power and control circuit system of differentelectrical equipments using test equipment and handtools to locate the cause ofbreakdown and correct the problem.Liase with electrical supervisor to analyze, develop and implement programs andprovide support to other technicians on technical issues as required.Carry out daily checklist and switching operation for medium voltage switchgears and RMU package substation (13.8 kV) and report any abnormalities of the system.Install/rectify power supply for additional different molding machines depending on their required ratings.
