I am a second-year undergraduate student at Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs, but I come from simpler backgrounds than the Ivy League. Born to an immigrant mother and raised in the predominately Hispanic town of Lemoore, California, I aim to pursue a career in uplifting the undersung voices that are the backbone of our nation.Thus far in my career, I have served the public as an intern for the Speaker of the House of Representatives, applying my strengths through drafting legislative memos, maintaining active constituent correspondence, and aiding the Congressman in relevant briefings.
