Duties include:- Designing and presenting 25+ engaging and differentiated presentations weekly- Logging grades, attendance, behavioral notes, and specialized data for 100+ students daily- Rapid-fire editing and consulting for 100+ writing projects weekly- Analyzing data reports and tracking progress for 100+ unique profiles annually- Daily learning design and project collaboration alongside a team of 5 members- Defusing high-tension conflicts in person, via email and phone, and through disciplinary meetings- Communicating with 300+ parents, administrators, and students via phone, email, and in person weekly

After serving as a 2019 Literary Intern, then "Super Reader" for 5 seasons at the National Playwrights Conference, I was invited to join the NPC Artistic Council. Comprising of 20 national theater professionals, we review semifinalist scripts and provide detailed objective and subjective feedback for semifinalist NPC consideration.

As a Development Apprentice, my duties included: donor research ranging from local to high-profile accounts, running all development mailings, researching and writing grant materials, drafting solicitations, various event-preparation requests, and upkeeping the development progress vs. goals worksheets via Salesforce and Google Suite. Additionally, my apprentice duties included serving as a reader for the National Young Playwrights Festival, as well as driving, chaperoning, and completing on-call duties for the O'Neill resident conservatory, the National Theater Institute.

As the KSU Registrar's Graduation Specialist, I worked with a team of auditors to guide all students from their final semester through commencement ceremonies and final diploma delivery. Duties included: - processing and updating graduation petitions for around 2,000-4,000 students each semester- large-scale event-planning for our Summer/Fall/Spring Commencement Ceremonies- creating and editing commencement programs for each ceremony, - ordering/shipping/tracking the information for around 2,000-4,000 diplomas each semester- providing daily customer service to 4 virtual accounts, our phone line, and our front-facing customer service counter.

Over the course of 3 years, I completed humanities research that won over $12,000 at UGA. Duties included:- Pitching, editing, and publishing research on humanities topics that ranged from religious studies, performance studies, LGBTQ history, and creative writing pedagogy- Writing grants totaling $6000+ to foster community programs in the UGA Theater Department- Producing and project-managing 8 showcases of personal and peer research at UGA- Presenting objective and subjective findings at 5 university-wide research symposiums

As a Literary Intern I worked in the O'Neill Literary Department to support the National Puppetry Conference, National Music Theater Conference, National Playwriting Conference, and the Cabaret Conference. Daily tasks included making quick-and-dirty dramaturgy packets for resident artists, assisting and delivering print and copy requests, supporting a series of artist residency programs, and serving as script assistant on Laura Neill's NPC play "Winter People."
