Work with and for on-shore and off-shore management, clients have included: Seadrill, EON to assist and support the implementation of a World Class Safety Culture. This is accomplished by delivering Safety & Leadership Workshops, then following up on locations around the world. Various models such as Situational Leadership, Communication, Conflict Management and ABC’s of behavior are utilized. Past locations include Tender, Jack-up, Drill Ship and Semi-Submersible Rigs.

Designed, developed and delivered Safety Leadership Workshops for oil and gas industry. Conducted on-site after course follow ups to ensure transfer of learning, in addition to on-site coaching for hitches ranging from 2 - 4 weeks.

Facilitator of experiential education programs for Elementary, Middle and High School student groups. Groups consisted of athletic teams, service clubs, special interest organizations as well as TAAS (State Testing), focused programs. Climbing component often utilized.
