Managed Service Provider (MSP).These are offered under our MSP agreements: Remote management and monitoring (better known as RMM) services, disaster recovery planning, and implementation, backup/restore procedures, developing data security strategies and implementing them, network support (includes installation and maintaining virtual machines (VMs), routers, firewalls, switches etc), desktop management and support, vendor management services, local Helpdesk (phone/email, remote, onsite) support, VOIP/phone services, IP camera surveillance installation and recommendations, audits of varies areas of IT, CIO services, IT strategic planning, budget planning and Cloud migration (moving from legacy system to cloud services on either Google or Microsoft). We are both Microsoft Certified and Google Apps Certified. Merit is also a software development company. Our Software team provides custom software development using PHP, MySQL, Web development,and also development in Microsoft .NET. Included with our offering is IOS/Android mobile app development. We provide Software as a Service (SaaS) services.
