Focus on GUMMY development, scale up and production.Notable accomplishments- Delivered total structural savings of 1.75MM. The savings are delivered through improving yield, quality and process efficiency. - Drove gummy plant operation improvement: (a) implemented changes to enable the plant to handle pectin based gummy production by improving hardware, detection technology, SCADA software and production processes, (b) identified and streamlined un-necessary unit operations. - Built a state-of-the-art laboratory for gummy formulation and process development
