My design firm where I a) managed a team of copywriters, online content producers, jr. designers and film/video producers, b) worked with many valuable vendors such as photographers, printing companies and media buyers, and c) orchestrated countless interactions with clients that own small companies to marketing directors within huge corporations.

Flannel brought me in to build a brand/logo usage guide. I helped articulate all of the unspoken rules regarding the logo, color palette and imagery guide. While working on the brand/logo usage guide, I also helped with a testimonial poster and a POP brand display for Border's bookstores. I have also continued working with Flannel one day per week to.

A large pharmaceutical company approached Designvox to help them brand their corporate headquarters in Indianapolis. I lead the design for all materials developed for one of their larger segments. This project involved product displays, branding on the walls, digital displays, lighting and many other materials.

I had the distinct pleasure of working directly with Steve Frykholm, Creative Director for Herman Miller on a wide variety of projects ranging from new packaging, a Design Now poster series, the 2009 Sustainability Report and many others. I appreciated Steve's tireless pursuit of design excellence and learned from his mastery.

My primary role was as the graphic designer on the Spartan Stores packaging rebrand. I touched over 300 packages from diapers to pickles to green beans to apple juice. Additionally, I designed an ADDY award-winning poster for Herman Miller's Get Real campaign.
