As a Health and Nutrition Officer at FH Ethiopia, supporting the USAID-funded RFSA_PReSERVE Project, I bring over a decade of experience in development and emergency response humanitarian programs. My expertise in MIYCN, WASH, and MHPSS, where I have successfully implemented both nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions. Providing data-driven feedback and high-quality reports is central to my role.With a strong academic foundation from the University of Gondar and extensive practical experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I am skilled in project and program management and leadership. I am proficient in M&E systems and standards, with hands-on experience in developing MEAL plans, TOC, logic models, and indicator development (IPTT & PIRS). My expertise includes data management and analysis, using different digital tools (DHIS2, Kobo, STATA, and SPSS) and reporting for informed decision-making. Practical participation in different Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning methodologies. My TOT in HMIS and DHIS2 has equipped me with practical skills for data management and analysis within the Ministry of Health framework. I also have a proven record in networking and stakeholder engagement, collaborating effectively with donors, government entities, and partners. Moreover, I am passionate, self-motivated, and known for my ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations.
