• Reduced the time it took for support engineers to solve a common problem involving outbound packages from 30 minutes to 1 minute by creating an automated tool to solve the problem using java, spring framework, HTML, and javascript.• Made sure that software engineers could measure the performance of the tool I created and gain further insight into the package problem by creating a metrics dashboard for my tool using Amazon internal tools.• Eliminated one scenario of the package problem by making changes to existing services written in java.• Ensured the quality of all deliverables by using agile method of software development.
