My job was to identify, develop, and implement smart tech strategies that empower clients with data and efficient workflows so they could focus on their consumers.

As a Sales Manager I was responsible for generating new leads and bringing them through the sales process, both as a friendly face and via our CRM. I was also the lead Salesforce developer for the company. This included working on development projects from their inception to their delivery, most importantly creating an entirely new Project Management system for our 40+ Client Services team. My development has focused on creating a smooth, user friendly, and efficient system that guarantees data accuracy and future-proofs our processes.I was a core team member in winning large multi-national clients, and have represented the agency at conferences such as WBENC and the NGLCC. I helped support the agency throughout a series of changes and was instrumental in implementing new strategies that helped us reach our growth goals.

I delivered day-long classes to teams and individuals on HTML, CSS and JavaScript as part of Decoded's core mission to spread digital literacy.At Decoded, we demystify the digital world for professionals and companies in every sector, through hands-on accelerated learning experiences. I collaborated with CEO and Founder Vanessa Arelle on the technology solutions and approaches for TeenZapp, a community and resource platform for teenagers. I also developed and maintained the website.

As Fundraising Director for The Vagina Monologues at Lancaster University I was charged with creating and running events to raise funds for the charities we chose that year: V-Day and Trust House, a new Support Centre starting up in Preston.* set up a database for our 50+ volunteers* co-ordinated bi-monthly bakesales, the most successful raising over £200 in just three hours* created, organised and ran #LURADV, the Lancaster University 10k Run Against Domestic Violence, an award-winning inaugural event which raised £6,400 alone and included over 400 runners and 50 volunteers (you can find more information about #LURADV in my Projects section)* launched and administered our website in order to enable online donations and increase our fundraising possibilities* helped create an event in partnership with the Women in Leadership Collaborative and the Lancaster University Feminist Society for International Women's Day 2014The total fundraising came in at £10,800, making me the most successful Fundraising Director we have had so far and providing significant help to Trust House. I gained experience in managing a wide variety of volunteers, contacting and securing funding from external parties and organisations, managing accounts and finances professionally and justified buying a large megaphone for myself!

As a Data Analyst and Research, I analysed surveys, managed databases, translations, mystery shopping calls and external email communications. This involved dealing with confidential data in both French and English. I was also the main translator for Intersperience's French website.

As Campus Ambassador I was responsible for giving tours to prospective students as well as schools and families. I did this for my department (History) and for the university as a whole.I was glad to receive this opportunity as I truly enjoyed my time at Lancaster. This job gave me experience in tour guiding, public speaking and managing (sometimes difficult!) crowds. I also practiced learning large quantities of information rapidly, and being able to share that information in compact and fun formats.

I worked as an ad-hoc translator and tutor for The Language Company. This involved creating work sheets and preparing classes relative to the needs and level of each student and giving extensive feedback sheets after each class. I worked to tight translation deadlines for global clients.

 Designed the schedule and organisation of the largest HIV charity outside of London at Manchester Pride  Managed four teams totalling 58 volunteers at the three day Pride Weekend, including the parade and the AIDS Candle-Lit Memorial WalkOver the summer of 2013 I was an intern at George House Trust, one of the leading HIV charities in the UK, where I coordinated and managed their presence at Manchester Pride. Working with a large variety of people made me acutely aware of the challenges life can pose and the importance of a solid understanding of intersectionality in order to be able to approach these issues.This was an extremely large responsibility as I had to interact professionally with clients and associates while maintaining a friendly and approachable face for the members of the charity.I was the head volunteer for a team of 54 volunteers, overseeing and organising their presence across four different sectors of activity during the Manchester Pride Weekend.

I translated content on the school website from French into English as part of a team of 3 other alumni hand-picked by the school's dean.

As Campaigns and Welfare Officer for the LGBTQ* Association at Lancaster University I acted as a contact point and support student for our members. I also created three successful campus-wide campaigns:- A poster campaign adressing common misconceptions surrounding LGBT individuals- Our first Trans* Week centred around Trans* Day of Rememberance, where I held 3 workshops and invited a globally known speaker to hold a talk on the subject- A video calling for equality entitled Lancaster University: It's Time - you can view it in my projects below
