I am an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting new role with a progressive research or humanitarian organisation committed to making a difference. I have over 10-years’ experience in the sector working with refugees, migrants and asylum seekers and bring a wide range of expertise including: • international program design, development, implementation, and evaluation.• data analysis.• partner and stakeholder relations at a local, agency and government level.• communications strategy and methodology.• community outreach and engagement.Across my career I have gained extensive experience supporting refugees through education, training and access to communications, with a focus on changing the model of support by putting innovation and technology at the centre of assistance. Much of this work has been in designing and delivering a wide range of programmes that deliver change through empowering people and their communities with a strong focus on multimedia education (film, photography, social media) as well as more traditional education and computer literacy programmes. I have been successful in raising funds from government bodies, as well as via private donations and a wide range of other appeals. A large part of this success has come from my expertise at building strong relationships and partnerships with NGOs, agencies and government bodies, along with local communities, effectively bringing people together around commons goals and agendas to support and help people.
