Field Services Engineer
CurrentSundyne is a world leader in low flow-high head pumps and compressors, specializing in the manufacture of centrifugal pumps and compressors for the petroleum and chemical industries, serving global companies in upstream and midstream oil and gas production, refining, petrochemical, chemical, power and water process industries. My mission as Field Service engineer is to ensure the following activities on the core product line of the company (API compliant single or multistage integrally geared high speed pumps and compressors up to 3 MW) on the Middle East region. As a service engineer, I provide the following international missions:Units commissioning at customer sites.Organization of start-up schedules.Supervision of subcontractors and "commissioning" activities (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)Troubleshooting & link with EPC companies and end users.Drafting of technical reports for internal and external use. Repair of failed equipment (investigation and failure analysis, evaluation of warranty claims, supervision of corrective actions).Practical and theoretical training.Technical support on site or remotely to customers, representatives and distributors of the brand.Promotion of new products / services and spare parts.
