• Daily visit various job sites to supervise the quality of our products as we promised to our customers. • Supervise how our products are being delivered on site and help our customers with any concerns they may have about it.• Marinating the quality of our product consistency on site by helping our drivers to understand the customers’ expectations. • Supervise safety practice on site and advise our customers to improve their safety for our drivers when there has been a lack of supervision which would impact the public’s safety. • Advise our customers on site with ordering the correct product to increase the speed of job and save time with troubleshooting. • Provide assistance to our drivers on site to understand the product they are delivering, and to our customers with spacing on their orders, hold or speed up with their product delivery. • Asist our dispatch team with live feedback from job site so they can provide an excellent service to our customers and prevent delay or long waiting of drivers on site. • Documents everything that I witness on site include : time of drivers waiting on site, the way the customer modified our product on site, the method of discharge, the wrong practice that would affect the end results of our products, the third party site testing results and their performance, and everything else that might create issues to our end products that we might face complains from our customers so we have documents to prove otherwise. • Assisting our sales team by providing information from job sites to sell products that we see our customers need the most based on each specific project. • Troubleshooting on site when we receive a complaint about our end product.• Educating our customers on site with our product and helping them to understand our concerns towards each individual case. • Creating strong relationships with our customers so that they can feel safe to share their concern and ask for help when needed.
